The Hyde Group is a professional Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Company specialized in Peachtree City, Fayette County, South Atlanta, Panama City, and the Emerald Coast in Florida. The company is also expanding in Philadelphia with active licenses in Georgia, Florida, and Pennsylvania. This is a contract hybrid role for a Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent at The Hyde Group located in Panama City Beach, FL, with flexibility for working remote, but Real Estate Agent would be responsible for property showings in person as generated.
No office fees or minimums.
All contract documents, software, email, website, and local MLS membership (CPAR) included.
Qualifications
- • Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one) and Real Estate Sales skills.
- • Customer Service and Real Estate experience or drive (will consider hiring BRAND NEW Agents under the right circumstances - very open to reciprocal state or transfers for new Florida residents).
- • Understanding of real estate processes and regulations.
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- • Ability to work independently, honestly, and ethically.
- • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property value.
- • Willingness to show homes around Bay County.
